As we continue to monitor the situation surrounding COVID-19, we will continue to provide our clients with the quality of care and service necessary and eliminate concerns with transmittal of this disease.

We are taking precautions as outlined by the Ministry of Health Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance for Home and Community Care Providers and the World Health Organization.

We have implemented screening and protective measures to ensure client and provider safety. We have, as of today, limited access to our office, to employees only.

Our ADL field team will not have access to our office space, eliminating contact with administration and management.

For new referrals, our team is trained in completing virtual-based intakes and digitally obtaining document signatures. Please continue to send documentation via fax or the use of SecureDocs.
